Ray Delgado
Corporal, U.S. Army

Ray Delgado was born on 17 June 1947.

On 30 December 1967, Private First Class Ray Delgado was serving with 82nd Medical Detachment, 68th Medical Group, 44th Medical Brigade, in Dinh Tuong Province, South Vietnam.

On that day, PFC Delgado died of a gunshot wound and burns received when the helicopter on which he was crew chief was hit by hostile small arms fire, crashed and burned. His body was recovered.
