Alex Boyd Conley

Alex Boyd Conley was born on 7 July 1946. Alex was the son of Lieutenant Colonel Richard H. Conley, U.S. Army (MHOH ID 8163), and Lois Gerhard Conley.

On 3 December 1968, Sergeant Alex Boyd Conley was serving with C Company, 2nd Battalion, 12th Infantry, 25th Infantry Division, in Hau Nghia Province, South Vietnam.

On that day, Sergeant Conley was killed in action when he sustained wounds from an explosive device. His body was recovered.
