Harold Francis Cottreall
Seaman Second Class, United States Coast Guard

United States Coast Guard seaman second class who was killed in action while a member of USS Leopold (DE-319). During a convoy mission, the Leopold was struck by a torpedo from the German submarine U-255 and sunk. His body was not recovered.
