Gary William Butler

Gary William Butler was born on 25 September 1951.

On 17 September 1971, Warrant Officer Gary William Butler was serving with 61st Assault Helicopter Company, 268th Aviation Battalion, 17th Aviation Group, 1st Aviation Brigade, in Quang Ngai Province, South Vietnam.

On that day, WO Butler was killed in the crash of the helicopter in which he was the pilot. His body was recovered.
