|
Master Sergeant Mathusa was a veteran of World War II. During the Korean war, he was a flight engineer on a B-50 jet bomber stationed at Muroc Air Force Base, California. On 6 January 1951, his aircraft was reported missing during a routine flight test. The wreckage was found near Edwards Air Force Base, California. Mathusa was awarded the National Defense Service Medal and the World War II Victory Medal. |
