Leland Parker
Corporal, U.S. Marine Corps

Corporal Leland Parker, U.S. Marine Corps, served with 3rd Squadron, 3rd Platoon, Delta Company, 1st Battalion, 4th Marines, 3rd Division, in the Vietnam War.

He was awarded the Navy & Marine Corps Achievement Medal with Combat Valor Device for heroic achievement during operations against the enemy in the Republic of Vietnam from 2 November 1967 to 23 November 1968.
