Larry Anthony Crisci was born on 31 January 1946 in New York City, NY.

On 17 May 1967, Specialist Four Larry Anthony Crisci was serving with B Company, 2nd Battalion, 22nd Infantry Regiment, 4th Infantry Division, in Binh Duong Province, South Vietnam.

On that day, SP4 Crisci was killed when he sustained wounds from small arms fire. His body was recovered.
