Johnny Ratliff
Chief Petty Officer, U.S. Navy

On 19 December 1970, Chief Petty Officer Johnny Ratliff was serving with HA(L)-3, TF 116, U.S. Naval Forces Vietnam, in An Xugen Province, South Vietnam.

On that day, CPO Ratliff was killed in action in the crash of the helicopter (due to hostile action) in which he was a crew member. His body was recovered.
