Kenneth Earl Norris
Lieutenant (Junior Grade), U.S. Navy

On 31 January 1969, Lieutenant (Junior Grade) Kenneth Earl Norris was serving with HA(L)-3, TF 116, U.S. Naval Forces Vietnam, in Kien Phong Province, South Vietnam.

On that day, LTJG Norris died of other causes in the crash of the helicopter (due to non-hostile action) in which he was a pilot. His body was recovered.
