Randall Jacobs Randall Jacobs was born on 12 December 1885 in Danville, PA. Jacobs graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1907. He served in the Atlantic during World War I and was Chief of Naval Personnel during World War II. Death and Burial Vice Admiral Randall Jacobs died on 19 June 1967 in Bethesda, MD. He is buried at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, VA. |
