Kenneth John Ainsworth

On 2 February 1968, Specialist Five Kenneth John Ainsworth was serving with 131st Aviation Company (AS), 212th Aviation Battalion, 16th Aviation Group, 1st Aviation Brigade, in Thua Thien Province, South Vietnam.

On that day, SP5 Ainsworth was killed in action when he sustained wounds from small arms fire. His body was recovered.
