Biography:

Nick Alfred Aguilar, Jr.
Corporal, U.S. Army

On 9 April 1970, Private First Class Nick Alfred Aguilar, Jr. was serving with C Company, 1st Battalion, 5th Infantry, 25th Infantry Division, in Phuoc Long Province, South Vietnam.

On that day, PFC Aguilar was killed in action when he sustained multiple fragmentation wounds from an explosive device. His body was recovered.

Aguilar received a posthumous promotion to the rank of Corporal.
