David Michael Agazzi

On 29 September 1967, Petty Officer Third Class David Michael Agazzi was serving with PBR-54, RIVDIV 52, TF 116, U.S. Naval Forces Vietnam, in Quang Tin Province, South Vietnam.

On that day, PO3 Agazzi was killed in action when he sustained multiple fragmentation wounds. His body was recovered.
