Charles Leland Adkins

On 7 November 1968, Private First Class Charles Leland Adkins was serving with A Company, 2nd Battalion, 7th Cavalry, 1st Cavalry Division, in Tay Ninh Province, South Vietnam.

On that day, PFC Adkins was killed in action when he sustained wounds from small arms fire. His body was recovered.
