Carl Edward Adkins

On 6 December 1967, Specialist Four Carl Edward Adkins was serving with B Company, 2nd Battalion, 18th Infantry Regiment, 1st Infantry Division, in Binh Duong Province, South Vietnam.

On that day, SP4 Adkins died of Other Causes in a non-hostile action. His body was recovered.
