Jerry Leroy Addis

On 19 June 1968, Staff Sergeant Jerry Leroy Addis was serving with A Battery, 3rd Battalion, 34th Artillery, 9th Infantry Division, in Bac Lieu Province, South Vietnam.

On that day, SSG Addis was killed in action when he sustained wounds from artillery, rocket or mortar fire. His body was recovered.
