Ronnie Darnell Adcox

On 3 March 1967, Lance Corporal Ronnie Darnell Adcox was serving with 2nd Platoon, C Company, 1st Recon Battalion, 1st Marine Division, III Marine Amphibious Force in Quang Nam Province, South Vietnam.

On that day, LCpl Adcox was killed in action when he sustained wounds by Misadventure (Friendly Fire). His body was recovered.
