Larry O'Neal Adamson

On 3 October 1969, Specialist Four Larry O'Neal Adamson was serving with B Troop, 3rd Squadron, 5th Cavalry, 5th Infantry Division, in Quang Nam Province, South Vietnam.

On that day, SPC4 Adamson was killed in action when he sustained wounds from an explosive device. His body was recovered.
