Frank Leslie Adamson

On 24 June 1965, Private First Class Frank Leslie Adamson was serving with M Company, 3rd Battalion, 4th Marines, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Amphibious Force in Thua Thien Province, South Vietnam.

On that day, PFC Adamson was killed in action when he sustained wounds from an explosive device. His body was recovered.
