William Adams, Jr.

On 19 April 1968, Corporal William Adams, Jr. was serving with B Battery, 1st Battalion, 12th Marines, 3rd Marine Division, in Quang Tri Province, South Vietnam.

On that day, Cpl Adams was killed in action when he sustained wounds from small arms fire. His body was recovered.
