Thomas Edward Adams

On 31 December 1967, Warrant Officer 1 Thomas Edward Adams was serving with the 498th Medical Company (AA), 55th Medical Group, 44th Medical Brigade, in Kontum Province, South Vietnam.

On that day, WO1 Adams died while missing when the helicopter he was flying crashed due to a non-hostile action. His body was recovered and identified on 2 January 1968.
