Stephen Hamilton Adams

On 16 March 1968, Private First Class Stephen Hamilton Adams was serving with H Company, 2nd Battalion, 5th Marines, 1st Marine Division, III Marine Amphibious Force in Thua Thien Province, South Vietnam.

On that day, PFC Adams was killed in action when he sustained wounds from small arms fire. His body was recovered.
