Roger Dean Adams

On 2 July 1967, Lance Corporal Roger Dean Adams was serving with Headquarters and Service Company, 1st Battalion, 9th Marines, 3rd Marine Division, in Quang Tri Province, South Vietnam.

On that day, LCpl Adams was killed in action when he sustained wounds from artillery, rocket or mortar fire. His body was recovered.
