Philip Francis Adams

On 23 November 1967, Private First Class Philip Francis Adams was serving with D Company, 4th Battalion, 31st Infantry Regiment, 196th Infantry Brigade, in Quang Tin Province, South Vietnam.

On that day, PFC Adams was killed in action when he sustained wounds from small arms fire. His body was recovered.

Adams received a posthumous promotion to Corporal.
