Herbert Norman Adams

On 10 May 1966, Specialist Five Herbert Norman Adams was serving with 134th Aviation Company, 13th Aviation Battalion, Delta Aviation Group (Prov), 1st Aviation Brigade, in Kien Tuong Province, South Vietnam.

On that day, SPC5 Adams died of Other Causes: air crash of a fixed wing aircraft in which he was a crew member, resulting from a non-hostile action. His body was recovered.
