Charles Henry Adams

On 14 November 1970, Specialist Four Charles Henry Adams was serving with B Battery, 5th Battalion, 2nd Artillery, 23rd Artillery Group, II Field Force, in Tay Ninh Province, South Vietnam.

On that day, SPC4 Adams died of Drowning in a non-hostile action. His body was recovered.
