Gilbert Jimmie Adame

On 7 April 1968, Private First Class Gilbert Jimmie Adame was serving with G Company, 2nd Battalion, 26th Marines, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Amphibious Force in Quang Tri Province, South Vietnam.

On that day, PFC Adame was killed in action when he sustained wounds from small arms fire. His body was recovered.
