Dallas Tyler Adair, Jr.

On 26 April 1968, Private First Class Dallas Tyler Adair, Jr. was serving with B Company, 9th Supply & Transport Battalion, 9th Infantry Division, in Dinh Tuong Province, South Vietnam.

On that day, PFC Adair was killed in action when he sustained wounds from an explosive device. His body was recovered.

Adair received a posthumous promotion to the rank of Corporal.
