Leo Miller Jennette

On 23 August 1968, Lance Corporal Leo Miller Jennette was serving with A Company, 1st Battalion, 27th Marines, 1st Marine Division, III Marine Amphibious Force in Quang Nam Province, South Vietnam.

On that day, LCpl Jennette was killed in action when he sustained wounds from small arms fire. His body was recovered.
