John Leon Abrams

On 13 July 1968, Lieutenant John Leon Abrams was serving with HA(L)-3, TF 116, USNAVFORV, in Ba Xugen Province, South Vietnam.

On that day, Abrams was killed in action in the crash of the helicopter (due to hostile action) in which he was the pilot. His body was recovered.
