Gary Lee Abrahamson

On 20 September 1970, Private First Class Gary Lee Abrahamson was serving with Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 5th Battalion, 46th Infantry, Americal Division, in Quang Tin Province, South Vietnam.

On that day, PFC Abrahamson was killed in action when he sustained wounds from small arms fire. His body was recovered.

Abrahamson received a posthumous promotion to Corporal.
