|
Private First Class Jordan was a member of Headquarters Company, 224th Infantry Regiment, 40th Infantry Division. On 18 December 1953, as he was placing anti-tank mines near Chorwon, South Korea, one exploded killing him. Jordan was awarded the Combat Infantryman Badge, the Korean Service Medal, the United Nations Service Medal, the National Defense Service Medal and the Korean War Service Medal. |
