Glendal B. Yackeschi Glendal B. Yackeschi began his service with the Oklahoma Army National Guard in 1986. Yackeschi served in the Gulf War with the 158th Field Artillery (Multiple Launch Rocket System) in Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Kuwait from November 1990 to June 1991. He served at FOB Gardez, Afghanistan, while attached to the 101st Airborne Division (2nd Battalion, 45th Agri-Business Development Team). He also served at Lawton, Walters, Hobart, Altus, Chickasha, Mustang, and underwent Annual Training at Fort Sill; all locations in Oklahoma. Yackeschi also served at Dugway Proving Grounds, UT; Camp Grayling, MI; Camp Gruber, OK; Fort Chaffee, AR; Fort Hood, TX; and Fort Carson, CO.Duty Assignments MLRS Crewman Medals and Awards Meritorious Service Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster Oklahoma Army National Guard Medals & Awards OK State Active Duty Sergeant First Class Glendal B.
