Lindsey M. Hutson Griner She received her Boot Training at Camp Parris Island, SC, and her Occupation Training,as a Field Radio Operator, at 29 Palms, CA. She also served in Okinawa, Japan, and earned meritorious promotions to Corporal and Sergeant. From March to October 2006, Sergeant Lindsey M. Hutson Griner served with Truck Company, HQs Battalion, 1st Marine Division based at Camp Fallujah, Iraq, in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. She served as a gunner, driver and convoy commander. In 2008, she was promoted to Staff Sergeant while in the Inactive Reserves.
