Biography:

Sergeant First Class Eubanks was a squad leader from the Second Platoon, Company E, 2nd Battalion, 8th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Cavalry Division. On 5 September 1950 after his unit withdrew from Hill 742 near Tabu-dong, South Korea, he was listed as Missing in Action. He was presumed dead on 31 December 1953. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.

Eubanks was awarded the Purple Heart, the Combat Infantryman Badge, the Korean Service Medal, the United Nations Service Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Korean Presidential Unit Citation and the Republic of Korea War Service Medal.
