Corporal Brooks was a member of the 377th Transportation Truck Company, 52nd Truck Transportation Battalion. He died of other causes on 14 December 1950 near Hungnam-ni, North Korea. Brooks was awarded the Korean Service Medal, the United Nations Service Medal, the National Defense Service Medal and the Republic of Korea War Service Medal. |
