|
Private First Class Hambrick was a member of Company A, 1st Battalion, 180th Infantry Regiment, 45th Infantry Division. On 8 July 1953, a rock slide covered his tent as he slept near Pau-Gol, North Korea. Hambrick was awarded the Combat Infantryman's Badge, the Korean Service Medal, the United Nations Service Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Korean Presidential Unit Citation and the Republic of Korea War Service Medal. |
