Biography:

Private First Class Creamer was a member of the 780th Field Artillery Battalion, U.S. Army. He received fragment wounds to his head and chest from an unknown mine explosion and was evacuated to the 8209th Mobile Army Surgical Hospital (MASH) in North Korea where he died on 27 May 1952.

Creamer was awarded the Purple Heart, the Korean Service Medal, the United Nations Service Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Korean Presidential Unit Citation and the Republic of Korea War Service Medal.
