|
First Lieutenant Taylor was a veteran of World War II. In Korea, he was the pilot of a F-86F Sabrejet fighter bomber with the 12th Fighter Bomber Squadron, 18th Fighter Bomber Wing. He died of other causes on 20 October 1950 at Sokchon, Korea. Taylor was awarded the Korean Service Medal, the United Nations Service Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Korean Presidential Unit Citation, the Republic of Korea War Service Medal and the World War II Victory Medal. |
