Arthur Charles Mosteller was born on 20 June 1932 in Inglewood, CA, the only son of Chester Earl and Lillian Bell (Denney) Mosteller. He was the brother of Dolores Fay Mosteller and Sharon Diane Rogers. He graduated from Excelsior High School (adult night school) in Norwalk, CA.

Military Service

He was a veteran of the Korean War. Arthur died while on active duty with Mobile Construction Battalion 9 in Cubi Point, Bataan Province, Luzon, Republic of Philippines.

Death and Burial

YN3 Arthur Charles Mosteller died on 26 May 1955. He is buried at Inglewood Park Cemetery in Inglewood, Los Angeles County, CA, in Pinecrest, Lot 473, Grave 3. He is buried next to his father, Chester Earl Mosteller.
