Corporal Falcon was a Light Weapons Infantry Leader with the 3rd Platoon, Company I, 3rd Battalion, 35th Infantry Regiment, 25th Infantry Division. On 4 July 1953, He was on a night patrol near "Outpost Dagmar" (Hill 355) in North Korea when he was killed by enemy small arms fire.
Falcon was awarded the Purple Heart, the Combat Infantryman Badge, the Korean Service Medal, the United Nations Service Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Korean Presidential Unit Citation and the Republic of Korea War Service Medal.
