|
First Lieutenant Price was a veteran of World War II. In Korea, he was a member of the Battery A, 980th Field Artillery Battalion, 40th Infantry Division. He was severely burned when a camp stove exploded. He was taken to the 11th Evacuation Hospital where he died on 12 March 1952. Price was awarded the Korean Service Medal, the United Nations Service Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Korean War Service Medal and the World War II Victory Medal. |
