|
Second Lieutenant Poch was a member of Headquarters Company, 224th Infantry Regiment, 40th Infantry Division. On 18 December 1953, he was killed by an anti-tank mine explosion at Kuye-Dong, North Korea. Poch was awarded the Purple Heart, the Combat Infantryman's Badge, the Korean Service Medal, the United Nations Service Medal, the National Defense Service Medal and the Korean War Service Medal. |
