Biography:

Private Woolfolk was a member of Headquarters and Service Company, 378th Engineer Combat Battalion, U.S. Army. On 29 October 1951, he was killed when the truck he was driving went out of control and overturned near Chu-Pa-ri, Korea.

Woolfolk was awarded the Korean Service Medal, the United Nations Service Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Korean Presidential Unit Citation and the Republic of Korea War Service Medal.
