Carlos Dyral Vibbert was born on 26 April 1946.

On 7 September 1968, Specialist Four Carlos Dyral Vibbert was serving with C Company, 3rd Battalion, 187th Infantry, 101st Airborne Division, in Hau Nghia Province, South Vietnam.

On that day, SP4 Vibbert was killed in action when he sustained multiple fragmentation wounds. His body was recovered.
