Terry Lee Nielsen

Terry Lee Nielsen was born on 23 August 1950.

On 21 February 1971, Private First Class Terry Lee Nielsen was serving with Recon Platoon, E Company, 4th Battalion, 11th Infantry Brigade, Americal Division, in Quang Ngai Province, South Vietnam.

On that day, PFC Nielsen was killed when he sustained wounds from an explosive device. His body was recovered.
