James Brannon Meek
Specialist Four, U.S. Army

James Brannon Meek was born on 30 June 1947. He was inducted into the U.S. Army on 15 September 1966.

On 28 November 1967, Specialist Four James Brannon Meek was serving as a Medical Aidman with Headquarters & Headquarters Company, 2nd Battalion, 22nd Infantry, 25th Infantry Division, in Binh Duong Province, South Vietnam.

On that day, SP4 Meek was killed in action in action when he sustained wounds from small arms fire. His body was recovered.
