Claiborne Parks McCall

First Lieutenant, U.S. Air Force

Claiborne Parks McCall was born on 7 June 1940.

On 17 June 1966, First Lieutenant Claiborne Parks McCall was serving with the 391st Tactical Fighter Squadron, 12th Tactical Air Fighter Wing, 7th Air Force, in South Vietnam.

On that day 1LT McCall died in the crash of a fixed wing aircraft in which he was a passenger. The crash occurred offshore South Vietnam, in Military Region 2, and was due to non-hostile action. His body was recovered.
