Michael Claude Lindsay
Private, U.S. Marine Corps

Michael Claude Lindsay was born on 22 November 1948 in Tacoma, WA, the son of Walter Robert and Bobby Ann Hutchinson Lindsay. He entered the U.S. Marine Corps on 26 April 1967 at Seattle, WA.

On 1 February 1968, Private Michael Claude Lindsay was serving with M Company, 3rd Battalion, 1st Marines, 1st Marine Division, III Marine Amphibious Force in Quang Tri Province, South Vietnam.

On that day, PVT Lindsay was killed in action when he sustained wounds from small arms fire. His body was recovered.
