John Joseph Levulis
Specialist Four, U.S. Army

John Joseph Levulis was born on 1 February 1949 in Lackawanna, NY. He was a graduate of Frontier Central School and attended Midwestern College in Deniston, IA. He was drafted into the U.S. Army in August 1969.

On 20 February 1971, Specialist Four John Joseph Levulis was serving with 498th Medical Company, 67th Medical Group, in Quang Tri Province, South Vietnam.

On that day, SP4 Levulis sustained injuries in the non-hostile related crash of the helicopter in which he was not a crew member. He died of his injuries on 21 February 1971. His body was recovered.
